Over the next decade, we’ll work together to set and achieve meaningful goals across all areas of life – career, relationships, health, spirituality, and more. But this isn’t a solitary journey. Our incredible team of mentors will support you every step of the way.
Our experienced mentors will guide you in creating SMART goals, developing action plans, and staying accountable. Through group sessions and one-on-one support, you will gain the tools and encouragement needed to overcome obstacles and make consistent progress. Remember, this challenge is about more than just checking boxes. It’s about personal transformation and unlocking your full potential. Join the Challenge by registering on this platform using the “Join The Challenge” button.
Yes, you may join the challenge even in the middle of the 10 year timeframe but no later than 5 years from Challenge launch year.
Certain resources such as mentorship, ad-hoc events and meetups to help challenge and motivate you to reach your challenge goals.
Yes, but we recommend you limit them to two so that you maintain focus and have a better chance of attaining your goals.
Yes, you can update your goal during the challenge. After doing so, you’ll be assigned to a new mentor and group that aligns with your updated goal.
When you join the JHB Challenge, you’ll be placed in a group based on your goals and interests. Each group is assigned a dedicated mentor who provides resources and support to help you achieve your goal. We also encourage peer-to-peer engagement within groups, allowing you to leverage support from fellow participants throughout the challenge.
While anyone can apply to be a mentor, we have a vetting process in place to ensure all mentors are well-equipped to support challenge participants effectively.
Not at all! The challenge is open to everyone, regardless of religion, age, or background. If you have a goal you want to achieve, you’re welcome to join.
